{"id":1329,"date":"2024-02-29T17:49:04","date_gmt":"2024-02-29T17:49:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesanctuarygarden.co.uk\/?p=1329"},"modified":"2024-02-29T17:49:05","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T17:49:05","slug":"bring-the-brood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thesanctuarygarden.co.uk\/?p=1329","title":{"rendered":"Bring the Brood"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This is an project run by Fife Council to encourage families to cook from scratch, improve diets and health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Week 4 was &#8216;rice week&#8217; where cooked rice (microwave rice) was used in a pan with recipes that called for tinned vegetables, tuna and or eggs to be added. It&#8217;s super quick, nutritious and easy to make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had 28 participants split over two sessions with children&#8217;s ages ranging from preschool to high school.
