{"id":800,"date":"2022-04-16T15:15:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-16T15:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesanctuarygarden.co.uk\/?p=800"},"modified":"2022-04-16T15:17:31","modified_gmt":"2022-04-16T15:17:31","slug":"who-thought-volunteering-coul-benefit-your-mental-health","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thesanctuarygarden.co.uk\/?p=800","title":{"rendered":"Who thought volunteering could benefit your mental health?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Volunteering at the Sanctuary Garden offers a few things; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It is outside with a view over the Forth Valley, the three bridges and Edinburgh.<\/li><li>If it&#8217;s cold or wet, there is shelter in a warm poly tunnel. <\/li><li>There is no pressure to actually do anything, you&#8217;re welcome to just chat with a cup of tea to escape the interminable torrent broadcast of bad news.<\/li><li>Everything grown is shared, with volunteers, foodbanks and those in need.<\/li><li>You&#8217;ll probably learn something new.
